On the Go Bodyweight Workout

Summer is here which means you most likely have either already been
on a trip or have a couple more planned. Whether 
you’re traveling for business,
going to a wedding or just going on vacation, bēkn has your on-the-go gains
with this quick 20 min. bodyweight workout. No gym needed.
No equipment needed. No more falling behind. Don’t be afraid 
to add a few
of your own favorite workouts to the mix to up the challenge!

Perform each exercise for the allotted time, resting for 15 seconds between exercises.
Repeat circuit 2-3 times, with 30 second rests in between each set.

• Alternating Reverse Lunge to Squat – 60 seconds

• Close Grip Pushup – 45 seconds

• High Knees to Burpee – 30 seconds

• Jump Squats – 60 seconds

• Alternating One-Arm Planks – 45 seconds

• Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
