Lunch & Learn – Optimizing Anxiety to Boost Your Performance

Anxiety is a common experience for all of us and its impact are often felt in varying degrees. In this session, we will learn how to optimize the benefits of anxiety and turn it on its head to help boost our daily performance inside and outside of the workplace.
Rendy has been a mental health professional in the Denver area for the past 5 years. He specializes in sport and performance psychology and has worked with athletes of all competition levels, ages, and sports. He has also worked with various mental health populations and is most recently a Program Manager at a large and reputable eating disorder treatment center.
