OVERVIEW of Our Company
bēkn started as a conversation between a group of healthcare professionals who felt the health system was broken, and they wanted to make it better. They believed they could change the way people navigate the health world by providing an all inclusive wellness membership at a cost anyone can afford. bēkn was designed to help you navigate the often confusing health world in an enjoyable and sustainable way.
We are a proud disruption to the health and wellness industry, providing affordable access to state of the art metabolic and fitness testing in order to create individualized exercise & nutrition systems. Our purpose is to provide data-driven education and engage members with their whole health journey.
Colorado is known as one of the top 10 healthiest states in the country, so naturally, bēkn was born right in the heart of it. Although healthy, Colorado is flooded with fitness trends, healthcare providers and other wellness professionals making it extremely difficult to stand out. In fact, it’s the hardest in the nation for fitness companies. The only way to stand out is to completely reinvent the way we think of wellness, and break the system. This made it a perfect place to design, recreate, and deliver bēkn in a way that could provide the guiding light across the U.S. for change. Headquartered in Denver, bēkn is expanding in centers across the U.S., and making it so anyone can access our program no matter where you live. bēkn is here so you can be anywhere – and we will be there with you on your wellness journey.
